Kogi guber: SDP’s Ajaka calls for calm over Supreme Court ruling

As the Supreme Court sets to deliver judgment in the last Kogi State Governorship election in the appeal filed by the candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka, the latter has urged his supporters and lovers of democracy to come en mass to witness the Court Session holding in Abuja Today  Friday from 2:00 pm.

This was contained in a statement Ajaka personally signed and made available to newsmen in Abuja.

The Statement reads, “Greetings to all esteemed supporters of Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and Lovers of Democracy in Nigeria.

“I am pleased to extend a heartfelt invitation to each one of you to join us at the Supreme Court. Your unwavering support and dedication have been the pillars of our movement, and your presence at this critical juncture is invaluable.

“As we stand on the threshold of justice, I believe in the supremacy of the Supreme Court as next to God in their judgment and they will give justice to the people of Kogi.

“Join us at the Supreme Court as we uphold the principles of democracy, Your presence will not only inspire us but also send a powerful message of unity and determination to all.

“Let us march forward together, with heads held high, as we seek justice and fairness for all.”
