The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo has commended the commitment of the Member Representing Yagba Federal Constituency, Hon. Leke Abejide to the well-being of his constituents.

Fanwo made the call while on a courtesy visit to the legislator at his country home in Alu, Yagba West Local Government Area, saying the legislator has consolidated the achievements of his predecessors.

“I am here to commend you for your giant strides in the area of improving the welfare of our people. Yagba is blessed to be represented by you.

“You are a progressive at heart and we are expecting you back home very soon to our fold. Our people are quite satisfied with your performance in the House of Representatives,” he said.

Fanwo urged the constituents to continue to put their faith in Hon. Leke Abejide as the federal lawmaker continues to set standards in effective representation.

He said the recent N100 million cooperative grant to his constituents will “undoubtedly boost commercial activities at the grassroots”, hailing the Leke Abejide Team for always churning our “people-oriented interventions to reduce poverty.”

The Commissioner was accompanied on the visit by the ALGON Chairman and Caretaker Chairman of Yagba West Local Government Area, Hon. Tosin Olokun and other political leaders.
