Keys to healthy living

Kindly let me know some basic keys to a healthy living. I am a 40- year old civil servant.

Medical experts have identified eight factors associated with protection against cardiovascular diseases and cancer. These are: maintaining blood pressure < 120×80 mmHg, glycated hemoglobin < 5.7%, Cholesterol < 200 mg/dL, Body mass index < 25 kg/m², being a nonsmoker, engaging in physical activity at least five times a week, maintaining a healthy diet and having a proper sleep routine.
