Kano PDP faction moves to unite party

A People Democratic Party (PDP) faction of the Kano State chapter, led by  Ibrahim Al’Amin Little and Sadiq Aminu Wali, has vowed to restore the party’s dignity in the state.

This was just as he accused the PDP under Malam Ibrahim Shekarau’s faction of initiating unfortunate crises that divided the Party into two groups.

However, it will be recalled that the PDP, who claimed to be the authentic, has elected a former commissioner, Alhaji Yusuf Ado Kibiya, as its state chairman.

Little made this known in Kano during a press conference and interactive session with PDP stakeholders across 44 local governments in Kano.

He emphasised that; “This move is part of the faction’s efforts to reassert its influence and relevance in the state’s politics.

“The faction’s determination to revive PDP’s fortunes in Kano is significant, considering the party’s recent struggles in the state”.
