KADUNA state government has redeployed four Permanent Secretaries as part of efforts to rejig the civil service.
This was contained in a statement issued to the Tribune Online on Thursday and signed by the Head of Service Hajiya Bariatu Y. Mohammed.
The statement disclosed further that Governor Nasir El-Rufai has approved the new postings of the following Permanent Secretaries, Adamu Mohammed Mansur from the Ministry of Local Government Affairs to the Office of the SSG as Permanent Secretary, Cabinet and Special Services; and Abdullahi Sani, former Permanent Secretary, Cabinet and Special Services, is assigned as the new Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government Affairs.
Others were, Shehu Raubilu Ibrahim goes to the Quality Assurance Authority from the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) to Quality Assurance Authority and Musa Adamu, formerly of the Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture, is the new Permanent Secretary, SUBEB.
‘The reassignment of portfolios marks a return to the Cabinet and Special Services portfolio by Adamu Mansur.
‘Malam Nasir El-Rufai recently signed the new Quality Assurance Authority Law, which gives the agency stronger powers to improve and uphold educational standards in the state.
‘Shehu Raubilu Ibrahim is deployed to assist the agency to implement its expanded mandate, the statement declared.
