Kaduk Travels promises more friendly packages

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kaduk Travels and Tours Ltd, Ibadan, Mr Kolawole Arogundade has promised to give more robust travel packages to customers in the New Year.

Arogundade who made the promise at the first anniversary celebration of Kaduk Travels and Tours in Ibadan on Monday, said the company has already designed different customised packages for client to key into for their 2017 business, leisure, family and group holidays.

“We are introducing new trends in our offers to give customer a five-star service from when the point of purchase of ticket(s) through departure to their destination and back home.

This is not only to give value and satisfaction to our clienteles, but also to give them a sense of belonging as partner in progress in our business.

“As a travel agency, we are in the service industry to grow and sustain our relationship with those that patronise us. So the more you reciprocate the value gesture the more you gain grounds.

“The last one year was an eye opener for us in the travel business and with the innovations we have put together to give our new niche market an easy payment package for their holidays, they will not have any cause to have worry about the recession.”
