Jonathan felicitates Tinubu on 73rd birthday

Former President Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has extended his goodwill and warm wishes to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 73rd birthday.

In a personally signed birthday message, Dr Jonathan congratulated President Tinubu and recognised his contributions to national development, particularly his role in restoring democracy after years of military rule.

“I join your family and fellow compatriots in celebrating and congratulating you as you mark your birthday.

“I acknowledge your service to our dear nation, especially your role in the pro-democracy movement that led to the return of the current democratic dispensation,” Jonathan stated.

He further noted that President Tinubu has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the country’s progress, having served as a key opposition figure, Governor of Lagos State, and now as Nigeria’s President.

Dr Jonathan prayed for divine guidance and wisdom for President Tinubu in his efforts to advance the nation’s collective aspirations for unity, hope, equity, peace, and progress.
