JOMAV Homes unveils Bimbo Ademoye as brand ambassadors

A private real estate firm based in Akure, the Ondo state capital, JOMAV Homes and Properties Nigeria Limited, has unveiled Nigerian actress Bimbo Ademoye as its brand ambassador.

Ademoye was unveiled during the celebration of the fifth-year anniversary of the real estate brand, tagged “The Big 5 Sales,” held at Ijapo Estate in Akure, the state capital.

Speaking on what to expect, Ademoye said, “Nothing less than consistency, dedication, and an effort to drive sales and marketing to the Big 5 that just took off today.

“Our relationship goes beyond sales because when a public figure is signed, it is a guarantee to them and tells the world that you have the approval to deal with them.

“With me as Jomav’s brand ambassador, I am telling you that if anything happens, hold me responsible for the trust people have in my brand.

“It will spur the organization to put the best of the best on the table and fulfill all promises by allocating all properties to intending customers or potential and existing customers.”

While speaking, the Deputy General Manager of the company, Elizabeth Adeoye, said the decision of JOMAV Homes and Properties to work with Ademoye is based on her integrity.

According to her, as part of the core values of the organization, it is noted that the coming on board of Ademoye will be of great benefit and impact to the Jomav Homes and Properties business.

Adeoye said the two massive forces are coming together to ignite the spark in our brand and promote real estate and properties in the country, creating awareness and making a paradigm shift in the real estate sector.

She disclosed that the Big 5 Sales is not just a promo; it is an experience that promises to redefine your real estate expectations.

“This is a testament to our commitment to making housing accessible to everyone irrespective of their social class, income, and all else.

“We understand the importance of real estate as a life-transforming investment, and we are excited to make this opportunity more accessible to everyone, hence the tag ‘even you can become a landlord.’

“As we prepare to celebrate our 5th year providing affordable solutions for Africa and beyond, we’re excited to provide our valued clients with an unbeatable opportunity to own their dream properties.”

“This promo offers jaw-dropping discounts and amazing deals with the expectation of creating a memorable anniversary season for our potential investors.”

The Deputy General Manager disclosed that the promo “will offer a 15 percent discount on the prices of all our estates in Abuja, Akure, Ondo, and Ado-Ekiti, provided they make a minimum initial deposit of N100,000.

“This makes this offer a wonderful opportunity to own your piece of property at a cut price without breaking the bank.

“We understand that buying real estate is a significant investment. That’s why we’re offering clients the chance to spread their balance over 24 months. Say goodbye to financial stress and hello to hassle-free payments.”

“With the recent launch of Bourdillon City here in Akure, Ondo State, this brings the number of our estates to 6, spread across Nigeria with the aim of making real estate affordable and accessible for everyone.

“We also cater to all property needs ranging from residential to commercial. Whether you’re a first-time landowner, an investor, or a business owner, we have something for everyone.

“With the Big 5 Sales, owning a piece of property anywhere you want is no longer something to dream of; it is right at your fingertips.”

Disclosing how to participate in the promo, Adeoye urged interested customers to visit their website at jomavhomesproperties.com to explore available properties or contact Jomav’s sales team to schedule a personalized consultation.

“We are calling on everyone to take advantage of this incredible promo offer. Like they say, the best time to invest in real estate was 20 years ago, and the second-best time is now,” she said.
