Veteran actor, Jide Kosoko would be joined by award-winning actress, Doris Simeon, Malawian born South African Diva Zani Challe, South Africa Tinsel actress Thandekile Maseko and CEO, Eagles House Global Resources Alayande Stephen, in a stage play tagged: Peace of the Grave Yard .

The stage performance, which holds today, is one of the initiatives and part of the buildup activities that will herald the Pan-Africa Theatre Festival (TAF) in 2017. The stage play is written by Thompson Tabi, directed by Paul O.J Uwagbai and powered by TheatreMania Africa Festival (TAF). The night will feature activities from comedy to music performance, dance, poetry rendition/ spoken word.

TAF ambassador from Malawi, Zani Challe, during one of the rehearsals a few days ago, said “I am extremely grateful to God and the organisers of TAF for being part of this production, especially as one of the TAF ambassadors across Africa and being shortlisted to be part of this stage play. This will be my first stage production in Nigeria and I am looking forward to this collaborative effort of working with other A-List Nigerian actors like Jide Kosoko and Doris Simeon especially using a platform like stage production, it is huge, so my advice to people is that you can’t afford to miss the stage play come December 18.”

Peace of the graveyard was written to describe the Nigerian situation. It has been discovered that over the years, the Nigerian situation is nothing but a man-made situation that can be remedied by man and that “man” to remedy the situation are the people of this great country that has been richly endowed by God.
