Adeyeye Femi Olanrewaju has carved out a niche for himself in the Nigeria highly competitive Real Estates market. He is an Advisor and Consultant to Waltergate Group, Cathedral of St. James, Serimore Ventures, Broadgate Coutnae & Machantile Limited, and Western Mall, Ibadan, among others. Also, Adeyeye Femi Olanrewaju’s JFED is a Realtor to Access Bank Plc and other corporate organisations and corporate individuals. JFED Group has its head office situated at N0. 14, opposite Teachers’ House, Oluyole Estates area, Ibadan.
Femi is a specialist in project management and property acquisition, especially in purchase of distressed sales, face-lift after purchase and turn same to profit making.
The story of Femi is that of assiduous and sagacious young man with tenacity of purpose. He is a product of the Polytechnic, Ibadan; he possessed a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Financial Studies and Banking & Finance respectively.
His quest for academic laurels earned him Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management at Alison Galway, Ireland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management & Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. Also, he has inview MBA in Human Resource and Management from the same university.
The recipient of many awards has attended different trainings and business seminars in many parts of the world. In August 2015, he attended the Entrepreneurship Leadership Training by Leaders Global Network at Ryerson University, Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In June 2016, he was at Croydon College, London, where he participated in the Street Ahead Property Show tagged: “Real Estate Networking/Property Show”.
In July 2017, he participated in the Entrepreneur Accelerator Masterclass, “Business Conception/Development “, at the London Marriott Hotel, Kensington, United Kingdom.
Also, he was a participant at Accelerated Masterclass Training on “The Radical Entrepreneurs” at Launch22 , 31a Corsham Street London, United Kingdom.
It is in recognition of his contributions to the growth and development of Real Estates sector in Nigeria and his numerous achievements cut across the sector, he was honoured with The Development in Nigeria Merit Award (DINMA) by the People and Power Communications at the Institute of International Affairs recently. Awarded alongside Adeyeye are Bishop (Dr) Onyeke Onyeke, Prof. Godshield Archibong, Mr Kuteyi Durodola, Mrs Elizabeth Ngozi Ehigiamusoe, Dr Omowumi Olatunde, Mrs Hilda Josephine Nwanekwu and Hon Jamila Bolanle Mu’azu, among others.
In his words, Femi advised people to see Real Estates as the surest means of investing towards a secured future. He encourages Nigerian professionals and youth to believe in Nigeria and as well contribute their quota to its development, as there is no place like home. “There is no perfect country without a perfect mindset”, he said.
Femi is happily married with children. His hobbies are business tourism, sight seeing and playing of piano.
