Popular influencer, Akinwande Waris Olayinka, popularly known as Ola of Lagos has stated that his unique style of reviewing luxury cars elicited many celebrities to buying them
Ola of Lagos, also known as The Luxury Guy, said this while speaking with Tribune Online in an exclusive interview on Monday.
Ola of Lagos noted that his influencing recently made musician Wizkid acquire a car of about N620 million he saw on his page.
“I am a luxury influencer, number one in Africa. That’s what I do.
“Yes. I have released many cars. And wherever I release, I post and tag many people that want a car. Wizkid recently got a car from my page. I have supported a lot of car dealers.”
In his words to the people looking up to him, the young car business millionaire advised that what is important to conquer poverty and see the limelight is discovering oneself and sticking to whatever one finds his hands doing.
He said forcing oneself to venture into a business because another person is doing is not always the way out, but to be consistent in whatever one does.
“Yes. People that are looking up to me, what I will say is that, keep pushing in whatever you’re doing. Believe in your craft. There is a saying that ‘discover yourself.’”
“So, just discover yourself, and do what you love. Do not force it or try to be like someone else. Just keep pushing, one day you’ll get there.”
The car influencer noted that in five years time, he will be known as one of the youngest billionaires in town through his line of business.
“Where do I see myself in the next five years? I will be a freaky billionaire. One of the youngest billionaires in town. You can go and write it down. I promise myself and I will talk to God,” he bragged.
