ITPN to induct Aeroport College graduates into tourism, travel industry

As part of efforts to integrate the newly graduated students of Aeroport College of Aviation into the skill pool of the tourism and travel value chain, the Institute of Tourism Professionals of Nigeria (ITPN) will induct students from the Aviation and Travel Management program as members of the institute during the college’s 10th-anniversary celebration and 8th convocation & award ceremony on Friday.

This information is outlined in a letter signed by the National President of ITPN, Mr. Abiodun Odusanwo-FITPN, dated December 9, 2024. The letter (ref: ITPN/SW/APA/24/03) states:

“On behalf of the National Executive Council of the ITPN, I am pleased to assign you, Otunba Ayodele Olumoko-IFTPN, to represent me at the 10th anniversary and membership induction of Aeroport College of Aviation and Travel Management on Friday, December 13, in Lagos.

“Your presence at this significant event will affirm the institute’s commitment to fostering partnerships with institutions that share our vision of advancing professionalism and capacity building in the tourism and allied sectors.

“As the Vice President of the South-West region, your representation will uphold the values of the institution and strengthen our collaboration with Aeroport College of Aviation and Travel Management as a strategic partner in developing skilled manpower for the industry.

“We are confident that you will convey the institute’s goodwill message, articulate our shared objectives, and provide insightful contributions to the ceremony.”

The event will be held at No. 1 Bilkaminu Akinsanya Street, Off Ajao Estate, NNPC, Ejigbo, Lagos State.

Aeroport College of Aviation & Travel Management is one of the foremost capacity-building colleges for the industry, and it is an NCAA and ITPN-approved aviation training organisation.
