IPAC scores Gov Sule high in infrastructural development

Published by

The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) embarked on a state tour of ongoing and completed projects by state governors in Nigeria.

The IPAC delegation that visited Nasarawa State on Monday arrived at the Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, where they were received by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor at the Nasarawa State Liaison Office in Abuja, Hon. Yusuf Jibrin Maiangwa.

The SSA led them on a tour of the renovated Governor’s Lodge, showcasing the reception, conference hall, governor’s office, and main house.

The visitors were impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities and the architectural design of the Governor’s Lodge, a remarkable departure from its previous state.

During the inspection, Yakubu Lamai, the Director General of Strategic Communication and Events Management for the Governor, explained the meaning behind the state emblem and anthem, an initiative by Governor Sule.

Engineer Yabagyi Sani, the national chairman of IPAC, expressed satisfaction with the quality of work done in the building, which had previously been in the worst dilapidated condition among all the governor’s lodges in Abuja.

He commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for the transformation. Similarly, Shehu Gabam, the national chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), praised the governor for elevating Nasarawa state to surpass all expectations.

The IPAC delegation praised Governor Abdullahi Sule for the upgrade of the Nasarawa State Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, portraying the status of the Home of Solid Minerals, before proceeding to Karu, Nasarawa State, to inspect more projects.
