INEC did a good job in my unit, people should come out to vote ― Alao-Akala

A former governor of Oyo state and chieftain of the Action Democratic Party (ADP), Chief Adebayo Alao-Akala, on Saturday lauded the effectiveness of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at his polling unit, Ward 10, unit 13, in front of his family house at Itaara in Ogbomoso, adding that they did a good job and came on time.
He stated that there are no issues in his polling unit and he is yet to hear of any issues from any polling unit around his community.
 
“There were no issues in my polling unit, the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the card reader functioned well and nobody was intimidated,” Alao-Akala stated.
 
He urged the people to go out and perform their civic duties as nobody will intimidate or harass them,”
