The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced deployment of sensitive materials to all the 21 local government councils of the state.
When TribuneOnline visited Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) where all tye non-sensitive and sensitive materials have been kept by INEC, representative of INEC, security agencies, election observers and various non-governmental organisations were present to witness the movement of the material.
Security details were provided for each vehicle moving the materials to the local government areas.

The Resident Electoral Commission of Kogi State, Professor James Apam said the commission is fully ready for Saturday election.
According to him, they have received all the election materials from Abuja promising that they will do everything possible to have a free, fair and credible election.
Meanwhile, YIAGA AFRICA has appealed to INEC to ensure that the poll is transparent and credible.
Addressing newsmen on Friday, the Executive Director, Mr Samson Itodo said the commission must ensure that all election day polling unit and collation processes are conducted within its own guidelines to forestall complaints of bias and illegality.
The body equally urges INEC to provide accurate and adequate information on the electoral process is provided to citizens on a timely basis.
