Incessant robbery around Oluyole Estate

I am a resident of Oluyole Estate in Ibadan, Oyo State and I want to draw the government’s attention to the problem faced by people living and working around Wema-Oluyole Road axis.

The rate of robbery attacks at the mentioned location is at alarming rate and the loss of lives and properties keeps increasing each day.

Based on my observation, a major reason these bandits are going scot-free without being caught is because the street lights are no longer functioning. They are always off.

“We don’t know the usefulness of the street lights,” people in the area are saying.

So, the bandits see the dark environment as a platform to carry out their mission effectively.

For the safety and wellbeing of people living around this area, we plead with the people in charge of operating the streetlights at this mentioned location to address it and to please do it on time so as to put our mind at rest and to avert the evil ongoing operations.
