Nigerian highlife crooner, Flavour, has issued a stern warning amidst the ongoing social media feud involving some of Nigeria’s prominent music figures.
Refusing to be drawn into the fray, Flavour underscored his individuality in the music industry, asserting his prowess both in hit songs and live performances across various genres.
His statement on his X platform comes amidst escalating tensions between artistes like Davido and Wizkid, as well as recent clashes between Tekno and Kizz Daniel.
With no one willing to sheath their sword, Flavour said he wouldn’t want to be part of any drama on social media as he does not belong to anybody’s league as far as music production and performance are mentioned.
In light of the current social media uproar engulfing several notable Nigerian music stars, the “Ada Ada” crooner has made it clear that he stands apart from the drama.
Flavour admonished against being entangled in the ongoing disputes, stressing his singular focus on creating timeless music and delivering electrifying live performances.
He asserted, “You were born yesterday if you don’t know I’m in a league of my own. I no dey in competition with anybody. Where you wan start? Hit songs? Live performance? Find me for different genres I dey.”
The Nigerian music scene has recently been abuzz with controversies and public spats, notably between industry heavyweights Davido and Wizkid. Additionally, tensions have escalated between Tekno and Kizz Daniel, further fueling speculation and discussion within the music community and among fans.
