Born in the ancient city of Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, Nigeria.
He had his primary education at IMG Primary School, Molete, Ibadan. He proceeded to Federal Government College, Odogbolu and Remo Secondary School, Sagamu for his post-primary education. Upon completion of his secondary education, he attended the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, where he obtained the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation. Being a man with insatiable quest for knowledge, he proceeded to the University of Ibadan where he was awarded a Master’s Degree in Housing Development and Management.
Aare Adetola holds a Doctorate Degree in Housing Development and Management from the European American University (HONs) and an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, United Kingdom.
Dr. Emmanuel King’s passion for real estate and housing developments led him to establish Adron Homes & Properties Limited in 2012.
Adron Homes has since grown to be a renowned multi-billion-naira real estate firm with many subsidiaries across the globe and is arguably one of the leading employers of labour, not just in Nigeria but in Africa. Adron Homes has several estates within the shores of the African continent.
Dr. Emmanuel King is indeed a trailblazer and a game changer in the real estate sector.
He is married to Chief Mrs Aderonke Omotola Emmanuel King, who is a co-founder and Executive Director of Adron Group; and they are blessed with glorious children.
