The widow of the late Yoruba movie star, Mufutau Sanni Abdulahi, popularly known as Ajigijaga, has revealed the harsh treatment she and her children endured from her late husband’s family following his demise.
In an interview on the Talk To B show, hosted by Actress Biola Adebayo, she recounted being evicted from their home on the very day of his passing, left with nothing but the clothes she had on.
“I didn’t take a single thing from the house, not even clothes. It was just me and my kids,” she lamented.
Struggling to make ends meet, she now depends on street hawking to support her family, a livelihood her late husband never allowed her to pursue.
Recalling the lack of assistance she encountered, she expressed, “No one wanted to lend a hand because they feared being misunderstood or accused of ulterior motives.”
