I represented Kaduna central to the best of my ability ― Shehu Sani

THE Senator representing Kaduna Central in the red chamber, Senator Shehu Sani has said he has represented the Kaduna central to the best of his ability.
He made this known while speaking with newsmen at the secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Kaduna on Tuesday.
The senator who said he had  made his formal declaration to return to the Senate at the residence of the leader of  his party, the People’s Redemption Party (PRP) Balarabe Musa early in the morning  maintained that his return to the Senate was encouraged by the strength of the people as well as the ideals his  party  stood for.
According to him, one does not have to remain in the Senate for decades for his impact to be felt, saying, what he did within the three years he was in the red chamber has never been achieved by his predecessors.
To this end, he said he has represented the people of the central to the best of his ability, saying, the people of the district has a  choice between remaining in bondage and freedom.
Senator Sani also chastised those who think they have dollars to spend in order to be in the Senate, insisting, Kaduna central is not for sale.
He also condemned the attitude of politicians who used the Senate as the retirement house of former governors or only their loyalists are the sponsor to the Senate.
‘People need freedom, need representation that can stand for them at any time of the day, he declared.
Commenting further, he noted that ‘Apc has failed in Kaduna. Kaduna is ruled by one person. Kaduna is ruled by a tyranny. PRP  ticket is not for sale but the party has people of proven integrity.
‘If the people made the mistake of voting a tyranny they should not complain. Use your card to remove the toxic elements from the government, he said.
‘My declaration is a movement to free Kaduna central and Kaduna from the ambiguities of those who felt the government is their birthright.  Am here today to seek for your support.’
