I love eating bananas and watermelons a lot. Kindly let me know the kind of vitamins in these fruits.

While vitamins A, B1 and B5 are found in water melons, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, C and K can be found in bananas. Vitamin A is a good antioxidant (fights against cancer). Vitamin B1 is good for concentration; B2 improves eye sight, nails and hairs, B3 good to fight depression, low mood and tiredness, B5 and B6 are anti-stress vitamins, vitamin C is good to fight cold and flu, while Vitamin K is good for blood clotting.
