I have only one testes

Although I was born with two testes, my parents informed me that I had an infection at the age of 6 years old which resulted in the loss of one of my testes. Even the second teste is not fully in the scrotum but midway in the scrotum. Now that I am about to start a family at the age of 27 years, I am getting worried if one testes will be adequate enough to raise a family.

Yes, one testes is adequate enough for procreation as many people with one testes have gone on to have many children. Since the testes is already in the scrotum, it should also be healthy enough to produce viable sperms. However, to be on the safe side, you could go for a semen analysis in order to confirm the viability of your sperms.
