i-FATOSS University VC congratulates Uzodinma on re-election

The Vice-Chancellor, i-FATOSS University Republic of Benin, Professor Eze Nwauba, has congratulated Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State on his victory at the 11 November gubernatorial election in the state.

Senator Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) polled 540,308 votes to defeat 17 other candidates in the election.

In his congratulatory message issued on Tuesday, Professor Nwauba, who is also the Director General of the Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies, IAMPS, commended Mr Uzodinma for his resilience and commitment to genuine democratic practices, saying that good governance had triumphed over propaganda.

The Vice-Chancellor, who is an indigene of Oru -East local government area of  Imo state, in his bid to contribute to the growth of the state, pledges to give support to education in the state through the organising of professional management training, tuition fees scholarship among others for residents of the state.

“I congratulate and rejoice with you and the people of Imo on your well-deserved re-election as the Executive Governor of Imo, as an educationist and indigene of Imo state, I pledge to give my support to your government through the promotion of education in the state by organising Professional Management training for the residents of Imo state.

“Your victory is testimony of your excellent performance in office in the last four years.

“This victory is an affirmation of your sterling leadership qualities and confirmation of your outstanding performance and delivery of the dividends of democracy to the people.

“I have no doubts that you will continue to deliver on the mandate of more meaningful developmental strides across all sectors of the economy in the state. Once again, congratulations on your well-deserved victory”.

“I pray for God’s wisdom to translate this victory into more tangible dividends of democracy for the people of Imo,’’ he stated.
