I can st@b anyone who insults Buhari — PDP chieftain, Sowunmi

A prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Segun Sowunmi has reaffirmed his admiration for former president, Muhammadu Buhari, saying he could st@b anyone who dares abuse the latter.

He made the assertion during Channels TV’s Politics Today on Monday.

Sowunmi, during the programme, shared his profound experience after meeting Buhari, describing the former president as “magical”.

“For the first time in my life, I could understand why somebody will say if they abuse the prophet, they killed him because I just saw this guy. If anybody dares abuse him (Buhari) beside me, I can stab the person to death,” he stated.

When questioned about his political stance, he clarified that he had always been in support of Buhari, stating, “I have always been. I was just not in his party. Don’t you listen? When he was the head of state, I was in secondary school.
