Some simple ways to lose weight include the following; taking at least 15 minutes, walk daily, Drink 8 to 10 glass of water. Sleep for about 8 hrs, have protein in every of your meal, avoid junk food. No sugar, sodas and juices in your diet, consumption of lots of fruits and vegetables as well as regular outdoor exercises. Consistency is very important because without consistency, you may not succeed.
