How to look young at 70

I often see some elderly people in their 70s still looking young. Kindly let me know how to also look young. I am almost 70 years of age.

It has been confirmed that an active life is a great deterrent against premature aging. Young-looking elderly people are always on the go. Some of them loved to take long walks every day, and never shied away from physical tasks like gardening or cleaning. Keeping our bodies moving is crucial for our overall health, especially as we age. Eating a balanced diet without overindulging is also another way of keeping the body youthful. A healthy and balanced diet is essential for our bodies to function optimally, no matter what age we are. It is also important to keep mentally stimulated. Reading and solving crossword puzzles, as well eagerness to learn new things will keep our minds active and engaged and can help to prevent memory loss and other cognitive decline associated with aging. Other ways of keeping young and healthy include; staying socially connected, having a positive outlook to life, taking care of one’s mental health are other ways of keeping youthful even in old age.
