Annie Idibia, wife of renowned Nigerian musician 2Baba, has opened up about a miscarriage she suffered last year while expecting twins.
She made this heartfelt revelation during an episode of the reality TV series Young, Famous, and African.
Reflecting on her painful loss, Annie described the experience as deeply heartbreaking, even though she is already a mother of two. She admitted struggling to share her ordeal, choosing to confide only in her husband and mother.

Expressing her longing for emotional support during the challenging period, she revealed how isolating the experience felt.
“I wasn’t as active last year; even within the group, I was dealing with a lot. I was pregnant with twins but, unfortunately, had a miscarriage,” she said.
She continued: “I wish I had someone in the group to confide in, to share that I was pregnant and would soon be a mother again. But we lost the babies, and it was really hard. I wasn’t sure I could share this with any of my friends—only Innocent [2Baba] and my mum knew.”
