In the first week of the year, the prolific fuji musician bagged the Aare Arire Mako title courtesy of the Yoruba Music Award and Films Academy and was turbaned as Asiwaju Amuludun by the Islamic Musicians Association of Nigeria.
Speaking on the positive developments, Osoba said, “this is a testament to our effort in taking the music industry into the next level, and it will also propel me to do more. Since the inauguration of our executive, we have tried our best to put the association on the global map, the result of which we are seeing today with the awards and recognition coming our way. No doubt, this is the beginning of many great achievements for us as an association and as an individual.”
He dedicated the awards to aspiring musicians. “I dedicate these awards to every youth aspiring for the next level in their musical careers,” he said at the installation ceremony witnessed by Admiral Dele Abiodun, Fancy Aye Alamu and members of the executive council of Lagos PMAN.
