The victims, according to a community leader in the council area, Joseph Anawah were killed about 8.30am on Thursday on their way to the farm.
Names of the deceased were given as: Iorloam Aondofa, Ikyaafa Kaasha and Ormoba Yinamga.
The deceased and one other person were said to be going to their farm on two motorbikes when they ran into the herdsmen bandits who shot at them, three were said to have died instantly while the other one who escaped was shot in the leg.
According to Anawah, “the terrorists herders have this morning (Thursday) at about 08.30 hours shot and killed three persons at Tse Tyogbihi, Tombo ward of Logo local government area of the state on their way to the farm.”
He said that the corpses have been deposited at NKST hospital mortuary in Anyim.

Anawah explained that herdsmen militia attack on the council area has been unabated as people of the council area were being attacked on daily basis.
“There was an attack on Monday though no casualty, also on Tuesday a couple was attacked in the farm, the husband escaped but the herdsmen militia abducted the wife, but she was later recovered the following day though alive,” Anawah said.
Confirming the report, the council chairman, Richard Nyajo said that the attackers invaded Tse Tyogbihi community around 8.30am on Thursday morning and ambushed the farmers on their way to the farm.
He noted that the attacked village had been free from Fulani attacks until yesterday morning.
