Assailants, suspected to be herdsmen have hacked to death a mother, her daughter and a 27-year-old man in Delta State.
The incident, as scantily gathered on Wednesday, occurred at Abraka in Isiokolo Ethiope East Local Government Area of the state.
Sources said the incident, which happened at about 5:30 p.m on Tuesday, specifically took place at Reserve Road, Abraka.
The victims, said to be returning home from their farm, were reportedly waylaid and shot dead.
One of the victims was identified as Kennedy Ukuwanorvwe is reported to be 27years old.
The assailants, the sources said, later at around 7:00 p.m that Tuesday, also shot dead two farmers suspected to be a young girl and her mother at Abacha Camp.

The duo, whose names could not be ascertained, were reportedly returning late from the farm when they were shot.
Abacha Camp is a farm settlement in Abraka, which is predominantly operated by natives of both Abraka and Obiaruku.
The corpse of one of the victims, who was identified as a native of Obiaruku in Ukwani LGA, has been reportedly conveyed home by the relatives while the other corpses have been deposited at a morgue in the area.
Acting Delta State Police Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr Chuks Orisewezie, when contacted on phone, said he would get back after exiting a radio programme he was participating in as of the time of filing the report.
Meanwhile, a police source disclosed that the Divisional Police Officer, Abraka Police Division, CSP Hassan Isah (CSP), has mobilised his men to the scene of the incident.
