Preparation of Spinach soup by the Lebanese

Let’s get started on how to cook spinach soup in Lebanon.

  • The first stage is to cut your spinach leaves and rinse thoroughly.
  • Cut your onions into small pieces and fry with little groundnut oil, then pour the minced meat and fry together. Fry until the meat is done.
  • Then pour your spinach leaves, put salt; stir and cover it to boil. After two minutes, open it and put your chopped garlic, coriander (little), seasoning cube, and lemon .
  • Then stir it and cover it to get the vegetable soft. You don’t need to add water, the spinach leaves bring out water itself, with the help of salt after few minutes of boiling.
  • After getting the leaves soft, then the soup is ready. It is best enjoyed with rice by the Lebanese.
