R gathered that the mother and child are already o the same production of a movie entitled: Arami.
The actress told R that acting alongside her son in the same movie was very funny, adding “I didn’t actually act alongside with him in the movie. Adunni Ade was his mum in the movie. He does not like acting at all, but the director of the movie picked him because of his look; he looks so much like the guy that played his father in the movie.”
“At first, Joshua refused the offer, though it is not as if I forced him; but all I did was to encourage him. In fact, he really surprised everyone onset, as he didn’t forget his lines and also acted his role perfectly. He had always told me that he wants to become a footballer, and I don’t think acting would affect that. He is choosing acting as a second choice of career. My joy is that he is doing well and making me happy,” she said.
The actress, who played the character of a lawyer in the movie, revealed that the 12-year-old’s first experience in the acting field has ignited his passion for acting, just as she said that he was eager to feature in more movies. She also noted she had put the proceeds of the role into a fixed account.
