Guber poll: Why Anambra residents should re-elect Soludo – APGA chieftain

Published by

A chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and the Director-General of the APGA Fans Club International, Hon. Obiajulu Nwoye, has urged Anambra residents to vote massively for Governor Chukwuma Soludo in the upcoming governorship election scheduled for 8 November 2025.

He said that re-electing Governor Soludo for a second term would enable him to expand developmental strides and empower more people in the state.

He made this statement as a special guest at the Regional Christ Embassy Crusade held on Palm Sunday at the Monday Ikpeazu Stadium, Onitsha, Anambra State.

According to Nwoye, Soludo, within three years in office, has re-engineered infrastructural development across all sectors, revolutionised education through the massive recruitment and training of qualified teachers, and implemented infrastructural renewal in public schools.

In the health sector, he pointed out that the government has made visible strides in revamping primary and secondary healthcare facilities, thereby improving access to quality medical services for citizens.

He also praised the governor’s efforts in job creation, revealing that his administration has created thousands of jobs through the One Youth, Two Skills programme and entrepreneurship support, thus empowering youths and reducing unemployment.

He added that the launch of the Agunechemba security outfit has liberated Ndi Anambra from criminal bondage and made the state safer — a factor he credited for the massive turnout at the crusade.

Speaking on youth empowerment, Nwoye, who also serves as the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Mobilisation, applauded the launch of targeted programmes that equip young people with digital and vocational skills, nurturing a generation of self-reliant and innovative leaders.
