The majority of teachers of secondary schools whose leave allowances were approved and paid by your government have not been able to receive the money.
Many teachers have not received many months of salary arrears.
The sad story about this is that the opposition parties are now using this to condemn your performing governance.
Your Excellency, please find out and flush out the bad eggs before they rubbish your efforts.
