Gov Bago lauds Sani Musa over developmental efforts in Niger East

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has commended the Senator representing Niger East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Mohammed Sani Musa, for his developmental efforts for his constituents.

Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago gave the commendation when he laid a foundation stone for the construction of a 50-bed capacity ward block in the General Hospital, Kuta, headquarters of Shiroro Local Government Area of the state, being facilitated by the Senator representing the Senatorial District (Zone B).

Governor Umaru Bago was in Kuta on Thursday for a visit and tour of the ongoing projects and monitoring, just as he expressed optimism that the facility will complement the state government’s efforts in meeting the healthcare needs of the people.

The Governor directed the Commissioner for Secondary and Tertiary Health, Dr Tukur Bello, to refurbish the broken-down vehicles in all the general hospitals in the state, while he equally directed that the perimeter fence of the hospital be completed.
