Gombe: NSCDC Commandant Muazu promoted, decorated as ACG

Sequel to his promotion by the Civil Defence Correctional, Federal Fire and Immigration Service Board (CDFIB) in the 2024 Promotions, Commandant of the Gombe State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Muhammad Bello Muazu has been decorated as an Assistant Commandant General (ACG).

ACG Muhammad Bello Muazu was decorated by Major General Abdullahi Maikamo, the President of Organisation of Military Sports in Africa, and assisted by his  Dear wife Hajiya   Fatima Muhammad Muazu.

The decoration ceremony took place on Monday, 14Th/10/2024 at the  Dr. Ade  Abolurin  Auditorium, NSCDC  National Headquarters, Abuja, and presided over by the Commandant General of NSCDC,
Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audit.

The development was sequel to his promotion by the Civil Defence Correctional, Federal Fire and Immigration Service Board,  (CDFIB) in the 2024 Promotions.

In the same vein, Assistant Commandant General, Muhammad Bello Muazu, has been inducted as a Platinum Member of the Institute of Leadership, Manpower and Management Development (ILMMD).

He also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree,  Honoris Causa,  in recognition of his exceptional leadership and contributions to National Security which was conferred on him during the Institute’s induction and investiture ceremony held on Saturday, 12/10/2024 at the Nigeria National Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja.

As the State Commandant of NSCDC Gombe State Command,  ACG MB. Muazu has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting lives and properties and safeguarding critical national infrastructure.

His leadership has been instrumental in maintaining peace and order in Gombe State and the Nation at large making the induction to be a testament to excellence in leadership and management.

The ILMMD recognises individuals who have made significant impacts in their respective fields, and Commandant Muazu’s achievement is a proud moment for the NSCDC and the Nation as contained in a statement by SC Buhari Saad, Public Relations Officer.
