Giving victory to Buhari is grand theft ― Atiku

THE Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has described the declaration of President Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of the 2019 presidential election as grand theft.

Speaking at a world press conference in Abuja on Wednesday, he said the outcome does not reflect the will of the people.

The former Vice President, who said his party is in possession of the actual figures recorded in the election, alleged that there was voters suppression in PDP strongholds while those of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) including areas with security challenges recorded “miraculous” voters turn out.

He said he is conferring with his party and Nigerians on his next line of action.

While urging his supporters to remain calm, Atiku expressed confidence that he would be victorious in the end.
