Gbenga Adigun bags African Leader of Integrity Merit Award

Gbenga Adigun, co-founder of Rebar Perfecta and a prominent stakeholder in the Nigerian construction and real estate industries, has been conferred with the prestigious African Leader of Integrity Merit Award for excellence in entrepreneurship.

The award, which was held in Ghana on the 9th of December, saw different changemakers honoured in their different spheres of influence.

Adigun was elated to be the recipient of the award, which came on the heels of his immense contributions to the construction and real estate industries.

“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the African Leader of Integrity Merit Award committee for this recognition. Your dedication to honouring those who uphold the highest standards of integrity is commendable and serves as an inspiration to leaders across the continent.

I also want to extend my thanks to my colleagues at Rebar Perfecta, whose hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence have made this achievement possible. It is truly a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals who embody the spirit of integrity every day.

Lastly, I want to dedicate this award to the people of Africa. It is our shared vision, our collective efforts, and our unwavering determination that will drive positive change and create a brighter future for generations to come. Together, we can build a continent where integrity, excellence, and leadership prevail.

Thank you once again for this incredible honour. I am truly humbled, and I pledge to continue leading with integrity, passion, and purpose in all that I do,” he said.

Speaking on the award, the president of African Integrity Magazine, Ambassador Onwordi Onichabor, revealed that the international recognition of integrity is bestowed on citizens of all nations who have proven themselves as an embodiment of integrity, honesty, transparency, and accountability.

“This is an outstanding recognition for people of integrity who have distinguished themselves in business and made notable contributions to society,” he noted.
