Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams, has congratulated the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Osuolale Akiolu, on his 81st birthday, saying that Lagos is blessed to have him as the king.
The Yoruba generalissimo said this in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Kehinde Aderemi, copy of which was made available to newsmen on Tuesday, describing Oba Akiolu as a big influence, who had, in the last two decades, brought peace and tranquility to Lagos and the traditional institution in the state is better for it.
“I join the good people of Lagos to congratulate our revered monarch, the Oba of Lagos,Oba Rilwan Osunolale Akiolu on his 81st birthday anniversary.
“Kabiesi has been a big influence in Lagos and his peaceful disposition is the best legacy Lagos is enjoying till date.
“I wish Kabiesi well on his new age and I pray God to continue to bless him for us,” Iba Adams said.
