Fourth edition of Kings business and career expo holds Saturday

Kings Business and Career Expo, a premier outreach initiative by Kings, is set to host its fourth edition on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the Solution Arena, 156 Ikorodu Road, Onipanu Bus Stop, Lagos State.

Dedicated to kingdom influencers and fostering excellence in the marketplace through entrepreneurship and career development, the organisers said this year’s expo promises to be a transformative event.

Sharing his excitement about the upcoming expo, the visionary leader of Kings, Pastor Damilola Oluwatoyinbo, said: “Kings is a global community of kingdom Influencers dedicated to touching and transforming individuals and communities with the love and light of Jesus Christ.

“Our vision is to raise kingdom influencers in every nation, every generation, and every system. Our mission is to transform lives and communities by touching, teaching, and training people to love, live, and lead like Jesus.”

The ministry’s Director for Admin & Operations, Uche Agbara, who emphasised the significance of this year’s expo, said: “This edition is going to be the largest and biggest, with an expected footfall of about 1,000 individuals from all walks of life. We are excited to host a diverse group of resource persons, including Nelly Agbobu ‘Naija Brand Chick’, Olushola Oluleye, Funto Ibuoye, Bunmi George, and Chioma Nwakanma-Akanmo.”

The organisers informed that the theme for this year’s expo is “Money On Demand: Building Systems and Structures for a Steady Stream of Cash in Every Economy,” adding that the timeliness of the theme reflects the need for sustainable financial systems and structures that can thrive in any economic climate.

They added that Dr Olumide Emmanuel, a renowned thought leader and financial expert will provide invaluable insights into creating and sustaining financial systems that generate consistent cash flow.

They further disclosed that the expo will feature an inter-school debate competition themed “Entrepreneurship Offers Greater Opportunities for Personal and Professional Growth and Fulfillment Compared to a 9-5 Career,” in line with the ministry’s commitment to grooming the next set of leaders, adding that the debate will provide a platform for students to showcase their oratory skills and engage in meaningful discourse about career choices.

Pastor Oluwatoyinbo added, “This expo is a pivotal event for anyone looking to make a significant impact in their career or entrepreneurial journey. It is an opportunity to learn from the best, connect with peers, and be inspired to achieve greatness in the marketplace.”
