Foundation donates sewing machines to apprentice in Sapele

A non-governmental organisation (NGO), the Ejiwealth Emareyo Foundation, has donated a complete set of sewing equipment to beneficiaries in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State.

One of the beneficiaries, Miss Ruth Uwode, was earlier registered by the Ejiwealth Emareyo Foundation at Gracious Stitches Fashion House, Sapele, to obtain unisex fashion and designer skills.

Upon her graduation, the Foundation presented her with a complete set of sewing equipment to help begin her journey to self-sufficiency and wealth creation.

While making the presentation, chairman of Ejiwealth Emareyo Foundation, Mr. General Emareyo, who was represented by Mrs. Lillian Ejiro, said the gesture was to support Miss Uwode to open her own fashion business and possibly put her skills to maximum benefit for herself and the society at large.

In appreciation, Miss Uwode thanked the foundation for what it did for her and promised to show gratitude by impacting passively on others in the society.
