Former United States President Jimmy Carter is under observation after becoming dehydrated at a charity building project in Canada, but says he is “okay,” Habitat for Humanity said.
Reuters said Carter, 92, had collapsed at the building site in Winnipeg, local media outlets reported. In a statement, Habitat for Humanity said he was dehydrated while working in the hot sun.
