A former minister of agriculture Abba Sayyadi Ruma has died in London after a brief illness on Wednesday.

Sources say that the late Alhaji Abba Sayyadi was in a London hospital for a medical checkup.

The late Ruma was born on March 13, 1962.

He was Minister of Agriculture during the tenure of late President Ummaru Musa Yar’adua.
