Considering the biting economic situation in the country and the plight of journalists, the immediate former Secretary to the Government of Katsina State, Dr. Mustafa Muhammad Inuwa has donated sixty bags of rice to the Journalists in Katsina State.
The gesture which is part of Ramadan palliatives was distributed to sixty journalists across various chapels of the NUJ in the state. Each of the 60 journalists got a bag of Rice.
Meanwhile, the Ramadan gesture has been a tradition of Dr. Inuwa for over fifteen years which he has sustained both in and out of government.
A loyal friend of journalists, Dr Inuwa has been known to cultivate and maintain a smooth personal relationship with journalists across various media outfits in the state and beyond.
A former lecturer who hails from Danmusa Local Government Area, Inuwa is a frontline politician who has held various positions which include Commissioner of Education and three-time Secretary to the Government of Katsina State.
