1. Visit www.ibedc.com
2. Go to the Customer Service icon
3. Click on Customer Feeder Information
4. For postpaid customers, enter your account number e.g 12/35/5… and for prepaid customers, enter your meter number eg 62180…
5. Click Get Info to verify your feeder details
