Sundry Foods Limited (SFL) has announced the opening of a branch of Kilimanjaro, Nigeria’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant brand, owned and operated by the company, in Kaduna, the first in the former capital of the northern region.
This exciting development follows the recent opening of an SFL branch in Kilimanjaro, Sapele, in a planned effort to cover major towns and cities across the country. The new branch is located along Warri-Sapele Road, opposite Keystone Bank, Ajorgordor, Sapele, Delta State.
In a statement by Nduka Mokwunye, Head of Marketing, the company announced that the Kaduna branch, which opened over the weekend, is located at the popular Galaxy Mall, 22 Mohammadu Buhari Way (Waff Road), off Independence Road, Kaduna.
“Today, we proudly opened Kilimanjaro, our flagship restaurant brand, in the capital city of Kaduna. The opening of this branch is remarkable, a first for us in the northwest part of the country, reinforcing our long-term commitment to investing in our growth in Nigeria and establishing the company as a truly national brand,” said Nnamdi Opara, Executive Director of SFL, according to the statement.
Opara reiterated that the company provides meals that people love and serves them through its chain of restaurants, canteens, bakeries, and directly to their homes all over Nigeria through various e-commerce channels.
He added, “Over the years, we have continuously improved our products and services with the aim of maximising customer experience at all our touchpoints. Whether it’s that hot, crispy crust pizza or our delicious beans and plantains, we draw commendations from our customers who love our food.”
The new outlet is coming in fulfilment of a promise made by the company to bring its quality products and services closer to its customers and the public, in accordance with the company’s growth plan for 2023 and beyond.
The statement further revealed that with the new outlets, Sundry Foods now operates over 185 food service outlets across the country, with plans underway to increase the company’s footprint in major cities in all 36 states of the country.
“We believe every Nigerian deserves to be treated with the Sundry Foods experience, and that is why we are relentless in our pursuit to reach every part of the country,” the statement concludes.
Sundry Foods was founded in 2004 with the aim of filling a gap in the market for quality Nigerian meals prepared and served to international standards.
