The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy Concept, a real estate company, Akintayo Adaralegbe, has advocated for efforts to tackle housing deficit saying his firm is making progress in providing affordable and genuine land to thousands of Nigerians across several regions including Abuja, Ekiti, Ibadan, and Ilorin.
Adaralegbe, in a statement made available to Tribune Online on Tuesday in Abuja, stated that he is focused on providing genuine land at affordable prices and also to ensure that land ownership is attainable for as many Nigerians as possible, especially in the light of the country’s significant housing deficit estimated at over 28 million units.
He said through sustained and consistent collaboration, stakeholders can provide affordable housing that will bridge the gaps among low-income earners who do not desire their own houses but feel fulfilled and have that sense of belonging.
While thanking Nigerians, especially the customers for their loyalty and trust, he added that his company will not relent in providing secure and affordable land that Nigerians can own with pride which has witnessed the successful launch of developments such as Karasana 1, Katampe 1, Kabba 1, Kusaki, and Guzape in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
“T Pumpy Concept is proud of the progress made in providing affordable and genuine land to thousands of Nigerians across several regions, including Abuja, Ekiti, Ibadan, and Ilorin. This success would not have been possible without the trust of our customers who have been loyal to the company due to our integrity and quality of service. Their confidence in us has been vital in helping us achieve our goals, and we remain committed to delivering value in the real estate market.
“The past year saw significant achievements, including the successful launch of developments such as Karasana 1, Katampe 1, Kabba 1, Kusaki, and Guzape. These projects have been important in providing secure, affordable land that Nigerians can own with pride. However, our work doesn’t stop here. As we begin 2025, we are already offering new opportunities, including promotional sales of Katampe 2 and Kabba 2, continuing our mission to make land ownership more accessible.
“Our primary mission is to ensure that land ownership is attainable for as many Nigerians as possible, especially in light of the country’s significant housing deficit, which is estimated at over 28 million units. We understand that addressing this gap requires the combined efforts of the government and the private sector. However, we remain dedicated to supporting these efforts by offering affordable land solutions to Nigerian families.
“In 2025, we aim to continue acquiring land in safe, desirable locations and offer a range of options that cater to different budgets and preferences. By maintaining our commitment to affordable land, we want to help Nigerians achieve their dream of homeownership.
“Through customer satisfaction, transparency, and hard work, we hope to contribute to the long-term goal of reducing the housing deficit and enabling more Nigerians to achieve the dream of homeownership,” the statement read in part.
