FORMER acting Governor of Adamawa state Alhaji Umaru Ahmed Fintiri emerges the Peoples Democratic party flag bearer of Adamawa state.
Fintiri who polled a total vote of 1,656 and defeated his closest opponent, Amb. Jameel Mohammed who scored 465.
