Award-winning film director and producer, Bolanle Austen-Peters, has been invited to speak at the prestigious Harvard University in the United States of America.
The House of Gaa director announced this in a post on her verified X account on Thursday.
The 55-year-old filmmaker, who recently unveiled her 10,000-acre BAP Film Village in Epe, Lagos State, will be speaking as a special guest at the ‘Africa Alive’ event at the Ivy League university.
Austen-Peters will also join other esteemed individuals for the screening of Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, a 2024 biopic about the life and times of the renowned Nigerian activist, Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, at the university.
