FG, respond to xenophobic attacks in South Africa

Published by

By now, most Nigerians are familiar with the gripping tale of Nigerians reportedly murdered in South Africa in the last two years. In the past few weeks, Nigerians have come under severe attacks in South Africa. The story of a Yoruba man who had to throw his children over the fence in order to save their lives is particularly sad.
Nigeria sacrificed a lot to make South Africa what it is today. Nigeria provided education to leading South African freedom fighters and contributed tremendous financial support to make South Africa free. The Federal Government needs to give a strong response to the appalling situation in South Africa. Nigerians over there should be brought home if need be.
